To change your password:
- login to Spoke
- select the "My Spoke" tab
- select the link labeled "Change my password"
You will have to provide your old password in order to protect your account.
To change your primary email address (which is also your login):
- login to Spoke
- select the "My Spoke" tab
- select the link labeled "Change my Spoke username"
- enter the new e-mail address you have selected as your username
- click "Save"
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your new e-mail address. You will then log in with your new address and your current password. All email will go to your new address.
It's easy. Install Spoke either from the link on the Home Page or by the following few steps in order to create
your network of relationships dynamically through contact information and email message headers.
- login to Spoke

- select the link labeled "Spoke Toolbars"
You can also invite people to join your Spoke network individually. Select the "Invitations" link
under the "My Spoke" tab to compose and send an invitation.
Under the "My Spoke" tab, select "Personal Info" and then "Edit my profile." To
make sure everyone can see your profile, look under Public Profile for the text "Your public profile is
available ... "
Under the "My Spoke" tab, select "Install Toolbars" and follow the instructions.
Data is transmitted using the HTTPS (SSL) protocol. A secure authentication process guarantees both client and
server are trusted to each other. Each installation of Spoke uses its own SSL certificate.
No. When other users search on your name or other identifying criteria, the system shows them only people that
they already know who could connect them to you. No information about you is returned, unless they have a direct
connection to you. If the user does not have any connection paths to you, no referral paths are returned in
their search.
No. Not without your explicit permission. Spoke does not provide any contact information as part of the search
results. So if someone would like to reach someone you know, they will have to use the Spoke referral system and
ask your permission. Users always maintain control of their relationships, and no other user can access those
relationships except through the relationship owner.
Yes. By simply opening a request to Spoke Support asking to be removed, all of your relationship information
will be removed from the system.
